Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

You may choose craniosacral therapy (CST) if you feel aches and pains in your body, experience menstrual pain, post-dental trauma, sciatica, sinusitis, TMJ disorders, and many more…

Others come for ongoing support in their busy lives to help them meet their challenges.

Because CST is so gentle and non-invasive, it is often likened to a butterfly touch, and therefore suitable for everyone from new-borns to the elderly.

We learn from nature that water likes to be in movement and this is true also for the craniosacral fluid (CSF) which is rich in nutrients our brain and nervous system need to be well.

When, for example, our body has suffered an injury, or has experienced emotional trauma, or we are feeling stressed for any reason, our body holds these as tensions.  Later these tensions develop into compressions or lesions, especially in the finer tissues called fascia.  These are restrictions and they inhibit the free flow of the craniosacral fluid. Valuable nutrients cannot get through nor waste products taken away.  At this point inflammation, stiffness, pains and all sorts of ailments might occur.

Craniosacral therapy has proven beneficial for the following conditions: allergies, arthritis, asthma, autism, back pain, birth trauma, breathing disorders, bronchitis, chronic fatigue, colic, frozen shoulder, headaches, migraines, and many more…..

Each session is 75 minutes (60 minutes for babies and children).

A short consultation is followed by a hands-on treatment.

Craniosacral therapy is:

  • Gentle

  • Suitable for all ages

  • Stimulating the self-healing forces in your body

  • Releasing stuck patterns and therefore allowing a better energy flow, meaning better health

  • Enhancing the process of feeling well

  • Tailored by what your body or mind need in order to feel well

  • Restorative
